Return & Exchange Policy
We do not accept returned items due to the nature of our hemp products. If you have a specific issue with an item, we're happy to help. Contact us at contact@covertcarts.com within 2 weeks of your purchase date. Our team responds in less than 24 hours, excluding weekends and some major holidays.
Hemp Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping Only
Our hemp shipping policy covers domestic orders only. We currently ship within the United States only. Most retail orders ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery via USPS first class or priority mail typically takes an additional 2-4 days within the 48 contiguous states.
Shipping times are not guaranteed and may change at any time.
Delivery Restrictions for Hemp Orders
USPS does not deliver to Military Bases. FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes. Orders placed to these locations will be placed on indefinite hold, and future purchases may be banned at our sole discretion.
Once a package leaves our facility and enters the carrier's possession, Covert is no longer responsible for the status or location of your order.
Order Cancellations and Fraud
Any attempt to cancel or chargeback an order after placement or shipment is considered fraud under our Terms of Service. This includes using the threat of a negative review to coerce a specialized outcome, as determined by Covert in its sole discretion.
We may respond by taking any of the following actions: blocking you from ordering through any website or retail location we operate or affiliate with; sharing your information with affiliated and non-affiliated companies as a high-fraud-risk customer; or posting your information in a publicly accessible manner. Others may then refuse to sell to you or conduct any business with you.
By requesting a cancellation, refund, or forced order outcome, you accept all potential consequences listed above.
Address Verification
We use a USPS address verification system. Unconfirmed addresses will prompt a call or email from our customer service team, which may delay your order. If no response is received within 48 hours of our final contact attempt (as noted in a voicemail or email), we may cancel and refund your order without your consent.
For higher-value orders, we may request additional information to verify legitimacy. The same 48-hour response window applies.
Customer Service
Our team answers all emailed questions as quickly as possible, though responses are not guaranteed. Nothing submitted to Covert customer service, whether in writing, by phone, or through any other channel, carries a right of privacy.
Restricted States for Hemp Shipping
Due to current cannabis and hemp regulations, we do not ship to: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, or West Virginia.
